摘 要
TPP 是“跨太平洋伙伴关系协议”的简称，早期由 4 个中小经济主体形成，影响力较小。伴随日本、美国等发达国家的加入，它成为了首个横跨太平洋两岸、辐射拉美以及亚洲和大洋洲等多个国家进行贸易交易的商区，预示其将成为未来亚太自贸区的重要基础。但截止目前，在美国的主导下 TPP 并未发出请求我国加入的邀请。
成立自由贸易区必定会产生贸易效应，对于成员国来讲，会为其带来贸易效益，凭借成员国之间的贸易交易及往来，提升自身的经济水平。但是会给成员国之外的国家造成贸易转移，降低其和成员国之间的贸易合作，同时，会直接影响和降低成员国以外的国家的经济水平。作为 APEC 成员和亚太地区最大经济体，若 TPP 谈判取得成功，其将会对中国产生复杂而深刻的影响。因此，为了正确应对 TPP 带来的挑战，抓住新时期的发展机遇，探究 TPP 对中国贸易产生的影响变的十分重要和具有现实意义。
本文共分为五部分，第一章介绍了本文的选题背景、国内外研究现状、文章写作思路及创新点；第二章主要介绍 TPP 的发展历程、机制特征、谈判进程及其未来的发展前途，第三章开始对我国与 TPP 其他成员国之间的经贸合作现状进行解析，然后从理论方面分析 TPP 这一区域贸易组织是如何通过贸易转移和贸易歧视来影响中国的对外贸易；第四部分利用引力模型对 TPP 带来的贸易方面的影响进行实证分析；之后结合我国国情，对我国成为 TPP 成员国的可能性进行了讨论及分析，运用辩证的眼观看待 TPP 带来的机遇和挑战，从行业角度、法律角度和政策角度给出具体建议，找出应对之策。

ABSTRACT
TPP is referred to as “Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement”. It originallycomposed by four small economies and had limited influence. As the first moremembers free trade arrangement, it across the Pacific coasts and cover Asia, Oceania,and Latin America . With the joining of the United States, Australia and Japan, TPPshows that it will become an important basis for future Asia-Pacific free trade zone.
But so far, the US-led TPP does not invite China to participate in its organization.
The establishment of a free trade area will certainly generate trade effect. Forthe Member States concerned, it will bring them trade benefits. With tradetransactions and exchanges between Member States, their economic level will beimproved. That will also cause trade transfer effect for countries outside the area toregional countries. As a member of APEC and the Asia-Pacific region's largesteconomy, if the TPP negotiations get succeed, it will have a complicated and profoundimpact on China. Therefore, in order to properly deal with the challenges brought byTPP and seize opportunities in the new period, exploring the impact on China's tradegenerated by TPP becomes very important and has practical significance.
This paper has five parts. First, it introduces the background, current research,article writing ideas and innovations of the paper. Second, it introduces thedevelopment process of TPP, mechanism features, the negotiation process and itsdevelopment prospects. Third, it introduces the trade situation between China and themajor member states of TPP. Also, it analyzes how the regional trade organizationsthrough trade diversion and trade discrimination to affect China's foreign trade. Forth,it analyzes the influence on China's trade brought by TPP of using gravity model. Atlast, it is based on China's current domestic and international situation to explore thepossibility to join the TPP and use the dialectical eye to look at the opportunities andchallenges brought by TPP. Also, give specific advice from the industry perspective,legal perspective and policy perspective to find out countermeasures.
