中文摘要
马克思的经济危机理论是马克思政治经济学研究的重要成果。马克思站在自由资本主义社会的时代高度，指出商品经济的基本矛盾运动构成经济危机的可能性；资本主义社会的基本矛盾是经济危机爆发的根源。经济危机给资本主义社会带来严重后果。它的实质是生产相对过剩危机，是资本主义的制度危机，其根本出路在于用社会主义制度代替资本主义制度，实行社会所有制和产品经济。马克思经济危机理论自创立以来，遭到了理论和实践上的挑战。理论界有否认和修正危机理论以及庸俗化危机理论的倾向。实践中的困惑主要有国家干预主义的实施、08 年国际金融危机的新特点、资本主义制度的牢固存在以及现实社会主义国家的经济波动。深入学习和研究马克思危机理论，有助于我们深刻理解资本主义经济危机，科学看待西方经济学的危机理论；对认识私有制和市场经济的局限性，把握资本主义发展规律以及当前的资本主义社会现实尤其是当下的金融危机具有理论和实践价值；对正确认识和建设中国特色社会主义市场经济具有指导作用，有助于我们坚定社会主义和共产主义的信念。

Abstract
Marx's theory of economic crisis is the important achievement of marxist politicaleconomics research.Standing in the age of free capitalist society , Marx thought thepossibility that periodic outbreaks of capitalist economic crisis is that the basiccontradiction of commodity economy.It is the contradiction of private labor and sociallabor.Capitalist economic crisis is rooted in basic contradiction of capitalism society. Itis the contradiction between the socialization of production and capitalist privateownership.The outbreak of the economic crisis of capitalism brings seriousconsequences to capitalist society.The essence of capitalist economic crisis is therelative surplus production and capitalist system crisis.The fundamental way ofcapitalist economic crisis is to replace capitalism with the socialist system,put socialownership and product economy into practice.Marx economic crisis theory hasencountered many theoretical and practical challenges since it was established.Thetheoretical circle exists phenomenon that deny and fix the economic crisis theory andtendency that vulgarize the theory.Theoretical challenges are implementation of StateInterventionism,the new characteristics of the international financial crisis of 2008,thefirm existence of the capitalist system and the phenomenon of economic fluctuations inreal socialist countries.In-depth study and research of Marx's theory of economiccrisis helps us comprehend the phenomenon of the economic crisis of capitalismdeeply,helps us to treat theory of economic crisis rationally in the western economiccircles. In addition,there are theoretical and practical significance to understand thelimitations of private ownership and market economy,law of capitalist development,current reality of capitalist society especially the financial crisis of 2008.It guides us tounderstand and construct correctly the socialist market economy with Chinesecharacteristics.Also it helps us to strengthen our socialism and communism conviction.
