1987 年国家档案局、国家经委、科委联合颁布了《国营企业档案管理暂行规定》，首次将“企业档案”作为一个完整的概念提出来。而在此之前，我国企业档案工作主要以科技档案为主，并且处于分散状态，进而全国规模的企业档案事业的发展使得企业档案工作由分散走向了集中。从 20 世纪 90 年代起，中国的经济体制就已经进入了一个较大的转型期。随着社会主义市场经济体制在现代企业制度的建立及我国的确立，企业逐渐成为市场主体，并获得了更大的自主管理权，与传统的计划经济相比较而言，企业档案管理逐渐呈现了新的特点。可以说，是企业的自主发展带来了企业档案管理的个性化。
本文通过对企业所处行业、企业文化、企业所有制性质、企业规模进行比较分析，提出了企业档案个性化管理的必要性。同时，对企业调研，找出其存在的问题，进而将做了详细分析，并就存在问题提出了档案个性化管理路径，即管理者观念的更新，档案管理制度的健全，档案管理人员素质的提高，企业文档中心的完善。

Abstract
In 1987 the state archives bureau, the state economic commission, science andtechnology commission jointly issued the interim provisions on the archivesmanagement of the state-owned enterprise, for the first time the concept of “enterprisearchives” as a complete. Before that, our country enterprise archives work are mainlycomposed of science and technology archives, and in a decentralized state, and size ofthe country's development of archival undertaking makes enterprise archives work fromscattered to centralized. Since the 1990 s, China's economy has entered a largertransition. As the socialist market economic system in the establishment of the modernenterprise system and the establishment of our country, enterprises gradually becomethe market main body, and have gained a greater degree of control, compared with thetraditional planned economy, the enterprise archives management gradually presentednew characteristics. , so to speak, is the independent development of the enterprise tobring the personalization of enterprise archives management.
This article through to the enterprise industry, enterprise culture, enterpriseownership, compares and analyses the enterprise scale put forward the necessity ofpersonalized enterprise archives management. At the same time, the research of theenterprise, points out the problems of the existing file management status, and will toanalysis from the following aspects:, and put forward the existed problems in archivesmanagement path individuation, namely management concepts updates, sound ofarchives management system, file management personnel quality enhancement, theimprovement of the enterprise document center.
