摘 要
近年来，民勤县立足自身发展基础和实际，瞄准自身资源禀赋，抢抓中央、省、市出台的一系列发展富民产业的利好政策和历史机遇，将发展方向和工作重点放到以发展肉羊产业为主的设施畜牧业上来，肉羊产业为当地的农民群众带来了可观的收入，发展的势头非常强劲，取得了非常显着的成果。但是，随着养羊规模的扩大，在发展过程中也暴漏出一些问题，影响了这一产业的健康发展。从目前来看，研究肉羊产业对民勤县富民产业的发展特别是畜牧业健康发展和农民稳定增收具有很重要的现实和理论意义。本文总结目前民勤县肉羊产业发展的现状特点，优势劣势，找出了制约肉羊产业发展的关键因素，这对于这一产业的健康快速发展和政府对于肉羊产业发展的政策规划和制定具有很大的借鉴意义。
本文主要以调查研究法为主，文献查阅、专家访谈、实地调查为辅。论文分析了民勤县肉羊产业发展的历程、这一产业发展的特征、肉羊品质特色与生产地域的关系、肉羊育种情况、疫病防控情况、产业与生态环境关系、饲养生产方式，产业作用，并指出了这一产业在品种改良、疫病防控、组织化程度等方面存在的一些突出问题，最后探讨提出了这一产业今后得以持续健康发展的一些策略，提供了一些具体的举措建议。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, Minqin County Based on its own development and practical basis,aiming at its own natural resources, favorable policies and historical opportunity toseize the central, provincial and municipal introduced a series of development ofenriching industry, the development direction and focus on the development of sheepindustry based facilities in animal husbandry, sheep industry has brought considerableincome the local farmers, the development momentum is very strong, and achieved verysignificant results. However, with the expansion of the scale of the sheep, also exposedsome problems in the process of development, affecting the healthy development of theindustry. From the current point of view, the development of sheep industry in MinqinCounty enriching industry especially the healthy development of animal husbandry andincreasing the income of farmers has very important practical and theoreticalsignificance. This paper summarizes the characteristics and present situation of MinqinCounty sheep industry development present advantages and disadvantages, find out thekey factors restricting the development of the sheep industry, for the industry healthyand rapid development is of great significance.
This paper is to investigate the main research method, literature review, expertinterviews, field survey as a supplement, this paper analyzes the process of thedevelopment of sheep industry in Minqin County, the development of the industrycharacteristics, quality characteristics and production area of sheep, sheep breeding,disease prevention and control situation, industry and ecological environment,production method. The role of industry, and points out some problems in breeding,disease prevention and control, the degree of organization of aspects of this industry,finally put forward the industry in the future to some of the strategies for sustained andhealthy development, and provides some specific suggestions.
