本文认为中小民营企业员工流失率比较高,主要因素有:大部分中小民营企业采取家族管理模式;中小民营企业待遇相对较低;中小民营企业的激励机制尚不健全对企业的抑制。构建良好的员工激励机制,无疑是较为有效的解决办法和对策,尽最大可能提高和发挥员工的工作积极性。公司的管理者,要让员工加强对公司的归属感,使员工自身价值得到实现,就要通过企业文化等精神层次的激励方式,进而使中小民营企业发展得更加强大。
本文以自身所了解的企业——武汉小蜜蜂食品有限公司为例,在对国内外先进理论有了一定学习认识程度的基础上,通过实证研究分析在我国中小民营企业中当前实施的激励机制效果及其影响因素,同时分析其是否有效地提高员工工作积极性,进而增强企业竞争力,并探讨如何改进激励机制。并且通过问卷调查法、统计分析法进行实证研究,论证了构建良好的激励机询[的重要性,发现员工工作积极性和激励机制有直接关系,并针对武汉小蜜蜂食品有限公司的实际情况给予合理的建议。

Abstract
This paper considers the factors of employees' frequent job-hopping in small andmedium-sized private enterprises in our country include low salary in small andmedium-sized private enterprises, family management mode,defective incentivemechanism. The solutions and countermeasures include giving full play to employees,realizing and recognizing employees' eigenwert, realizing the desire of the employees.
Then, it can stimulate tie cohesion of employees in small and medium-sized privateenterprises, meanwhile strengthen incentive mechanism. And satisfying employees'
physical and spiritual needs can make the development of small and medium-sizedprivate enterprises more powerful oThis paper takes Wuhan Bee food Co. LTD as an example, making the anglepositioning in the implementation of incentive mechanism which operators think havingspecial significance. And it learns from the domestic and foreign advanced experience.
Through the research, it analyses the feasibility and the key operation points of theincentive mechanism in small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country. Ittakes Wuhan Bee food Co. LTD as an example, combining with the domestic andinternational theories. This study analyzes the factors that influencing the staffs jobenthusiasm, using the questionnaire method and the statistical analysis method forempirical research. This paper demonstrates the importance of building a good incentivemechanism. It also verifies the direct relationship between the job enthusiasm andincentive mechanism. Meanwhile, it gives the reasonable suggestions according to theactual situation of Wuhan Bee food Co. LTD.
