摘 要
在大学生微创业过程中，项目风险伴随着整个项目生命周期存在而存在，项目风险管理不仅关系到微创业项目的成本和效率，还关系到微创业项目的质量。自 1999 年起，我国的高等教育开始实行扩招的政策，高校的在校大学数量越来越多，毕业生面临的就业压力越来越大。为了缓解就业压力，我国政府出台多项措施促进就业，其中一个重要政策就是鼓励毕业生自主创业，在此背景下，理论界开始进行项目风险管理的研究，分析大学生面临的创业风险，努力实现以创业带动就业。但由于各种主观和客观因素的影响，大学生自主创业率、创业成功率相对偏低。
本文在深入剖析大学生微创业项目现状以及存在问题的基础上，采用层次分析法和模糊评价法对微创业项目风险评估，根据风险评估技术的应用探讨了大学生微创业项目中的风险防范的措施。论文的主要研究工作概括如下：本文以大学生微创业项目风险为管理对象，综合运用多种理论及研究方法，对大学生微创业项目风险识别、风险评估、风险防范进行系统分析和总结，认为大学生微创业项目的风险管理是一个复杂的系统工程，是全面识别、管理创业项目风险的过程，通过风险识别、风险评估来实现风险的防范，其核心组成部分是项目市场风险管理和市场风险管理；同时考虑现在微创业项目还不够成熟，对微创业项目风险管理中的风险评估有待完善，在大学生微创业项目风险管理的框架基础上，借助几种风险管理措施，结合实际案例对微创业项目的风险管理中的完善进行了探讨。本论文重点讨论微创业项目中风险管理，并结合微项目风险管理的实践得到一些有意义的经验启示，为大学生微创业项目实践提出一些合理建议。

Abstract
In the college students in the entrepreneurial process， the project riskassociated with the entire project life cycle， project risk management is notonly related to micro business cost and efficiency of the project， also relatedto micro startup project quality.In China under the background of highereducation enrollment scale expanding year by year， in response to a numberof policies formulated by the government and colleges and universities topromote college students' self-employment ， many scholars tried toentrepreneurship for college students through the study of project riskmanagement risk analysis to promote college students' entrepreneurialsuccess， efforts to achieve and encourage entrepreneurship to create moreemployment opportunities.But because of various subjective and objectivefactors ， the influence of college students' self-employment rates ，entrepreneurial success rate is relatively low.
Students based on the in-depth micro entrepreneurial projects status andexisting problems， on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) andfuzzy evaluation method of venture project risk assessment， were discussedaccording to the application of risk assessment technology of microentrepreneurship programs risk prevention measures.Paper main researchwork summarized as follows: based on micro college students entrepreneurialproject risk management object， the integrated use of a variety of theoriesand research methods， micro entrepreneurship for college students projectrisk identification， risk assessment， risk prevention system analysis andsummary， think that college students micro startup project risk managementis a complicated system engineering， is the comprehensive identification，management， business process of project risk， implementation risk throughrisk identification ， risk assessment ， is the core part of project riskmanagement and market risk management;Consider small entrepreneurial projects is not mature enough， now on business needs to improve riskassessment of project risk management ， in the college students'
entrepreneurial project based on the framework of risk management， with thehelp of several risk management measures， combined with the actual case ofmicro startup project risk management perfect are discussed in this paper.Thisthesis focuses on entrepreneurial project risk management， and combinedwith the project risk management practice to get some meaningful experiencerevelation， micro business project practice for college students put forwardsome reasonable Suggestions.
