  摘 要

  绿色包装设计作为一种新的设计思想与方法,已经引起了世界各国的广泛认可和重视。同时带动了绿色包装产品循环周期内各个阶段对自然环境的关注,形成了以绿色包装产品设计为龙头的绿色包装工程。我国于 1998 年颁布了《包装资源回收利用暂行管理办法》,规定了废弃物的处理。专家呼吁,要尽快建立和完善“资源回收利用法”,对实现我国的可持续发展战略具有重要意义,不能忘记。

  在宇宙的整体环境中,地球是被大气层包装着的,这是个十分有意义的包装。中国是发展中的大国,但资源人均占有率还很低,环境保护任重道远。因此绿色环保包装设计作为一个策略提出来,是十分必要和迫切的,它将促使我国艺术设计和包装产业更好、更快地向人性化生存方向发展。

  改善生态环境已成为人们的共识,在食品、药品包装的设计和商品流通领域中如何推行绿色低碳环保的包装是改善生态环境的重要课题之一。现在已经有很多公司开始研制开发对人的健康、环境保护有益的包装材料和生产工艺。在设计阶段对包装产品的要求进行充分的市场调研和技术分析,如产品在生产、使用、废弃回收再生产过程中对人的健康损害范围、程度,对污染源采取控制和消除的设计措施等。包装材料是设计的物流媒体,尤其是生活用品包装诸如食品、服装领域内使用的包装材料,同人接触的部分及使用方式中的粉尘,附着物残留的化学物以及气体的弥散对人的健康影响很难测定并作危情防范,但设计师的环保意识促使其在设计阶段选择的材料要具有无毒性、无污染、可回收利用、可降解。

  合理地设计包装结构,从功能、耗材及印刷工艺上使包装产品实现最大限度的减量化,避免包装结构、层次、体积的繁复叠加,出现过度包装、浮夸包装现象,以无功用玄奥的装置误导消费者。绿色包装设计将致力于环境保护策略的实施,建立新的方法和设计理念来规范包装产品在其循环周期内每一个阶段对环境产生的负面影响。

  包装设计人员应该尽量采用绿色的包装材料来设计包装盒,这样可以减少包装丢弃之后对周围环境产生的污染。包装要减量,在外国,超市是建议消费者使用尼龙购物袋,少用一次性塑料袋,在包装中使用的材料尽量减少,尽可能消除不必要的包装,提倡简朴包装,以节省资源。包装材料要单一,采用的材料尽量单纯,不要混入异种材料,以便于回收利用。包装设计可以拆卸,需要复合材料结构形式的包装应设计成可拆卸式结构,有利于拆卸后回收利用。重视包装材料的再利用,采用可回收,复用和再循环使用的包装,提高包装物的生命周期,从而减少包装废弃物。在科学技术不断发展的今天,研究用于包装的更为绿色低碳环保材料依然成为一个主要课题。现代新型包装材料的生产加工,已经形成了一个新的工业门类,绿色包装材料已经在原有的纸材、木材、草编、竹藤等基础上对其用新技术再次深度加工,使之形成既具有原始材料包装的很多特点,又具有比那些不环保的化学合成材料更抗压、防水、防潮、防腐、以及自身轻便性、可循环使用性、规模化生产的可行性等诸多优点,更重要的是它的经济性和绿色低碳环保。

  国际上食品药品的包装也在采用绿色环保材料,盛行的包装以高阻隔塑料包装为主。在一些发达的国家里,无论是超级市场还是商场,大多以高阻隔塑料包装为主。除了 PE、PET、PA、EVOH 的复合材料外,PVDC 具有优秀的耐油性、保味性、防潮性及防霉性等机能,2004 年以来,PVDC 的涂抹技术的兴起,为高阻隔软包装膜带来新的进展。在欧洲和美国,软包装的粘合剂已经逐渐的转向水性或者无溶解性产品,而醇溶油墨取代甲苯油墨也在欧美、日本甚至韩国成为主要的趋势。

  我国有关国家标准对过度包装提出了相应要求,国家标准《限制商品过度包装要求-食品和化妆品》2010 年 4 月 1 日起颁布实施,但效果并不明显。目前仍就对乳制品、食用油、调味品及休闲食品等各类日常食品包装缺乏一定的标准指引,有的食品、医药企业私自加大包装盒尺寸、增强视觉效果,对资源、环境造成负面影响,同时也增加了包装成本,还加重了消费者的负担。这突出表现在保健品包装上。我国通过行政手段应对“白色污染”,限制薄膜塑料袋的广泛使用,商场、超市、蔬菜市场纷纷响应,推广使用可降解塑料薄膜,在一定程度上抑制了“白色污染”.

  The green packing is a kind of new packing principle and methods, having alreadycaused the international community extensive approbation and value.Aroused thegreen at the same time packing product circulation concern of each stage inside theperiod to natural environment, become with the green packs the product design forgreen packing product process of the group leader.Look back the state of the nation ofChina,( Chinese all the resources share is low), the mass environmental protectionconsciousness of people is not strong at the same time, the technique level is oppositeand weak, the environmental protection mission allow heavy but the way isfar.Therefore, I think to be a strategy to the green packing design to put forward, isvery necessary and urgent, we have the necessity to also have the responsibility to putthe problem that promote“ green packing” in the initial position.From the rebornrecycling of the packing material, be easy to the processing and ease to pollute etc. tocommence to develop new“ green packing material”.It will urge the our country art andpacking the industry is better, sooner to humanization direction development.

  Improve the ecological environment has become the consensus of people, in food,medicine packaging design and how to implement green low carbon environmentalprotection in the field of commodity circulation of the packaging is one of theimportant problems in the improvement of ecological environment. Now there aremany companies began to research and development of beneficial to human health,environmental protection packaging materials and production process. Requirements inthe design phase of packaging products full market research and technical analysis,such as product in the process of reproduction, use, recycling in scope, the damages tothe health of people, to the design of the control and elimination measures on pollutionsources, etc.Packaging material is the logistics media design, especially the articles fordaily use such as food packaging, clothing used in the field of packaging materials,part of the submission for the contact and the use of dust, attachments chemicals andgas dispersion effect to the health of people is very difficult to determine andunstoppable, but the designer's environmental protection consciousness to the choice ofmaterials at the design stage to a non-toxic, non-polluting, recyclable andbiodegradable. Design of packaging structure reasonably, from function, material andprinting craft make packaging products achieve the reduction, the maximum to avoidthe packing structure, hierarchy, volume of heavy and complicated superposition, aphenomenon of excessive packaging, grandiose packaging, to non-al complex deviceto mislead consumers. Green packaging design is committed to the implementation ofthe environmental protection strategy, establish a new method and design idea tostandard packaging products within its cycle each stage the negative effect on theenvironment.

  Packaging designers should try to adopt green packaging materials to packagingdesign, this can reduce the loss on the surrounding environment pollution. Packingshould be reduced, in a foreign country, supermarket is advised consumers to use nylonshopping bags, use less disposable plastic bags, the materials used in the packaging toreduce as far as possible, as far as possible eliminate unnecessary packaging,advocating simple packaging, to save resources.   International food and drug package also in the green environmental protectionmaterial, in the packaging is given priority to with high barrier plastic packaging. Insome developed countries, both supermarkets and shopping malls, mostly is givenpriority to with high barrier plastic packaging. In addition to PE, PET, PA, EVOHcomposites, PVDC has good oil resistance, protect, moisture-proof and mildew flavoursex such as function, since 2004, the rise of PVDC smear technology, bring newdevelopments for high barrier plastic films. In Europe and America, flexible packagingadhesive has gradually turned to water or no solubility product, and alcohol soluble inkto replace toluene printing ink also in Europe and the United States, Japan and SouthKorea to become the main trend.

  Relevant national standards of excessive packaging in China puts forward thecorresponding requirements, national standard “the limit commodity excessivepackaging requirements - food and cosmetics” issued and implemented on April 1,2010, but the effect is not obvious. Is still on dairy products, edible oil, spices andother kinds of daily food and leisure food packaging lack certain standards to guide,some of the food, pharmaceutical enterprises to increase the packing box size,enhanced visual effects, have a negative impact on resources and environment, but alsoincreased the packaging costs, also increased the burden of consumers. Theoutstanding performance in health care products packaging.

  Through administrative means dealing with “white pollution” in China, thelimiting membrane the widespread use of plastic bags, shopping malls, supermarkets,vegetable market response, promote the use of biodegradable plastic film, to a certainextent, inhibit the “white pollution”.
