摘 要
财务分析是根据企业财务报表等信息资料，采用专门方法，系统分析和评价企业财务状况、经营成果以及未来发展趋势的过程。随着财务管理理论研究的不断深化和现代企业管理水平的提高，财务分析作为全面、综合分析和评价企业各项经济活动产生的经济效益的一种途径，越来越受到管理者关注和重视，同时也成为为管理者强化控制和提供决策依据的一种重要手段。
本文首先对财务分析与评价的理论基础、发展沿革进行了阐述，并选取了现阶段衡量企业财务状况的较为典型的财务指标进行解释。然后选取了以成品油销售为主营业务的 JS公司作为样本，对其报表数据进行分析，并利用杜邦分析体系和 EVA（经济增加值）的综合分析方法对其进行实证研究，从而对公司的经营及财务状况进行总结和评价，并针对性的提出改进的建议，以期对改善公司经营和管理起到积极作用。
本文的分析结构为：第一部分是绪论，主要阐述了文章的选题背景、研究意义、国内外相关研究成果以及思路框架。第二部分是财务分析与评价方面的理论综述，为下文的实证分析做了理论铺垫。第三部分是对报表的分析以及通过具有代表性的指标的计算做出的对企业偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力、发展能力做出的评价。第四部分则在前一部分指标分析基础上，又分别运用杜邦分析法和 EVA（经济增加值）指标分析法对 JS 公司进行了综合的实证分析与评价。第五部分是针对前文分析与评价的结论提出的改进建议，以期对JS 公司发展提供有效帮助。

Abstract
Financial analysis is a process which systematically analyzes and evaluates the financialsituation, operating results and the developing trend in the future by using the specific methodbased on the financial statement. With the development of the financial management theory andthe improvement of the management level of modern enterprises, financial analysis method isvery popular for the managers, which can comprehensively analyzes and evaluates theeconomic benefit of the economic activities. Meanwhile, this method has also become animportant tool to provide the basis of the control and decision for the managers.
This essay firstly demonstrates the theoretical basis and development of the financialanalysis and evaluation, and chooses the typical financial index to measure the financialsituation of the enterprises. Then, it selects JS company whose main business is fuel sales as thesubject, and makes the empirical analysis of the report data by using the comprehensive methodof Duban analysis and EVA analysis. Lastly, it makes the conclusions and evaluations of theoperating and financial situation, and proposes the targeted suggestions to improve theoperation and management of the company.
