摘 要
在数字时代的背景下，多种形式的媒体阅读材料、电子阅读材料在网络环境中涌现。阅读介质不再是单一的传统纸质的文本阅读，出现了与传统纸质文本阅读方式并存的多种形式的阅读方式，如电子阅读、网络阅读、屏幕阅读、智能手机阅读等。因此人们的阅读方式发生了质的变化。大学生是一个特殊的群体，能够快速接受新鲜事物，对新事物有一定的认知能力，他们的阅读方式也随之发生改变，阅读呈现碎片化趋势。新型的阅读方式-数字阅读对大学生认知发展有何影响？如何更好的促进大学生认知发展，需要掌握数字时代的阅读方式、特点，了解大学生认知发展特点，从而寻找数字阅读影响大学生认知发展的的主要因素。鉴于此，本文就数字阅读对大学生认知发展的影响展开研究。
首先，本文运用文献研究法查阅相关文献，对阅读、阅读介质和数字阅读等相关概念进行梳理总结，对相关的理论如阅读理论、认知理论和脑科学理论等进行系统的分析研究，明确本研究的目的和意义。
其次，本文采用访谈法和问卷调查法进行实证数字阅读影响大学生的认知发展。通过访谈得出数字阅读影响大学生认知发展主要因素有数字阅读内容、数字阅读设备和数字阅读环境。确定问卷调查的假设，根据调查问卷的设计原则，设计初始问卷。调查问卷的设计形式是李克特量表，调查对象是在校大学生，调查方式是抽样调查。通过对初始问卷各题项的信度和效度分析、因素探索性分析确立最终的调查问卷，并实施研究。
再次，利用 SPSS 软件进行统计，运用假设的验证结果分析和每个问题的描述统计分析，数字阅读得到最终调查结果是：数字阅读对大学生认知发展存在影响，并且既有积极的正面影响也有消极的负面影响；根据本问卷罗列题项看，正面影响题项的最低得的分为 0.45,负面影响题项的最低得分 0.51,从而得到数字阅读对大学生认知发展是不能忽视的。
最后，根据问卷调查数据，主要从数字阅读的内容、数字阅读的设备和数字阅读的环境三个主要因素结合大学生认知发展的特点，提出了优化数字阅读内容、增强数字阅读设备的功能以及加强数字阅读的环境建设等相应的策略，进而更好的促进大学生认知发展。

ABSTRACT
In the background of the digital age, various forms of media reading materials and electronic readingmaterials emerge in the environment of network. So reading medium is not the onefold traditionalpaper-based text reading .Of course, the way of reading is also changed. There are various forms of readingmethods appear with the traditional paper-based text reading, such as electronic reading, networkreading, and intelligent mobile phone reading.accordingly, in terms of people's way of reading, Afundamental change takes place. College students are a special group, who can accept new thingsquickly. Their way of reading is also changed. which presents a tendency to fragmentation. How does anew way of reading -digital reading affect the college students' cognitive development ? How topromote college students' cognitive development ,which is necessary to master the reading way and featureof digital age and understand the trait of the college students' cognitive development to search for the mainfactors of digital reading effect on the college students' cognitive development.In view of this, thisarticle will make a study about the influences on College Students' cognitive development.
First of all, this paper uses the literature research method to summarize related concepts, for instance,reading, reading medium and digital reading. In order to clarify the purpose and meaning of this study, italso analyses relevant theories, such as the theory of reading, theory of cognition and brain science theory.
Secondly, this paper adopts the method of interview and questionnaire to examine the effect of digitalreading on college students' cognitive development .According to the interview, the main factors whichaffect the college students' cognitive development are the content of digital reading, the devices ofdigital reading and the environment of digital reading. Therefore, to ensure the hypothesis of thequestionnaire and then begin to designs initial questionnaire ,according to the design principal ofquestionnaire .The form of questionnaire is the Li Ke scale. The respondents are college students. Thesurvey method is sampling survey. Based on the analysis of the reliability, validity and exploratory factor ofthe initial questionnaire'questions,in order to establish the final questionnaire and begin to study.
Thirdly, by using SPSS software carry on the statistics and exerting the hypothetical analysis ofverification results and statistical analysis of description of every question. the final survey result of digitalreading is that it has an effect on College Students' cognitive development. There are both positiveeffects and negative effects. According to the questionnaire listed items, the minimum average of thepositive items is 0.45; the minimum average of the negative item is 0.51. So we get the result thatthe digital reading on College Students'cognitive development can't be ignored.
Finally, according to the survey, to analyze the influence mainly from the digital reading content,digital reading devices and digital reading environment three main factors combining with the features ofCollege Students' cognitive development. This paper presents the optimization of digital reading content,strengthened the function of digital reading devices and enhanced digital reading environment'sconstruction and other countermeasures to promote college students' cognitive development better.
