6. 2光声成像技术的应用
近年来，光声成像已在乳腺癌诊断[59]、肿瘤血管新生成像[60]、血红蛋白和血氧浓度成像[61]、心脑血管易损斑块成像等得到应用[62].该技术对皮下微血管的三维成像在皮肤病、整形外科等领域有着重要应用。但皮下微血管的功能成像仍然面临挑战[63].双波长（584nm和764nm） 光源对黑素瘤小鼠模型完整显示黑素肿瘤的形态和周围的血管[64].
7多光子CT
7. 1多光子CT原理
多光子CT是利用近红外飞秒激光具有亚分子空间分辨率的特点发展而来，一个荧光分子同时吸收两个相同频率的飞秒脉冲红外光光子，达到高能激发态，经过一个弛豫过程后自发跃迁，辐射出一个频率略小于两倍入射光频率的紫外光或可见光荧光分子。除了双光子激发荧光外，由组织结构的不同而产生二次谐波信号（SHG） 可用于不同细胞结构（ 细胞壁、胶原纤维） 成像。具有较清晰分辨不同组织、细胞结构的功能，相对共聚焦激光成像技术分辨率更高。
7. 2多光子CT的应用
多光子CT主要用于黑素瘤诊断，在科研中具有更广阔的应用前景（ 化妆品评价、皮肤老化研究、药效评价等）。
7. 3多光子CT的特点和发展
多光子CT技术分辨率较高，有望得到更广泛的应用，但制约该技术应用的主要障碍为价格相对高昂、穿透深度不足，这两点有待于今后研制生产中逐渐解决。
8结语
总体而言，皮肤影像技术是一种在体、无创的检查手段，已经在色素性、非色素性皮损及相关肿瘤诊断中发挥了重要的作用。今后这一技术必将更广泛地用于其他类型皮肤病诊断。对于具体每个皮肤影像技术而言，它的发展方向应该是： 看的更细、更深、使用更便捷。由于不同皮肤影像技术的原理、优势和局限性有所差异，可以形成“优势互补”关系，不同皮肤影像技术组合使用，甚至与其他类型皮肤病检查手段有机组合，从而达到最好的诊断效果。
