园林设计的目的就是要创造“第二自然”,为人们提供相对舒适的公共活动空间，接近景观设计能够给人以美的享受。而将园林设计概念、风格在头脑中转为现实的关键环节就是园林施工，因此园林施工的好坏直接决定了园林最终的艺术效果。这种“脑力劳动”与“体力劳动”的组合与一般工程施工相比有着管理方法上共同性也有差异性，因此在园林项目工程施工中对于施工进度管控、施工质量管控以及成本控制等方面都需要具体问题具体分析。尤其是目前阶段，国内针对园林工程项目施工的相关研究还并不完善，从具体项目出发对园林工程施工管理相关问题的研究具有多方面的理论与现实意义。
对此，本文研究建立在项目管理、工程管理以及园林设计理论基础上，将昌邑市园林工程施工管理相关问题作为研究对象，并选取昌邑市潍水湿地公园改造项目作为典型案例进行分析，探讨现阶段园林项目施工中普遍存在的问题，并基于相关问题总结相关完善措施，为施工单位管理水平的提升提供参考。
1、从背景角度分析园林工程项目的发展和前景，讨论本文研究的理论与现实意义，并结合以往国内外学者的研究成果提出本文的研究方法与研究思路；2、阐述了园林设计、施工以及施工管理等方面的问题，为后文的进一步论述提供铺垫；3、选取了昌邑市潍水湿地公园改造项目作为案例进行分析，讨论该项目施工中的多方面问题以及施工现场存在的问题；4、从进度、质量、成本管理三个角度提出完善措施，以期为类似园林项目施工管理体系的完善提供一定参考。

Abstract
The purpose of garden design is to create a “second nature” for people with relativelycomfortable public space, close to the landscape design can give people the joy of beauty. Andthe key to turn garden design concept into reality style which link in the mind is the gardenconstruction, therefore, garden construction is directly determines the quality of thelandscape's final artistic effect. This combination of “mental” and “physical” compared withthe general construction management method has commonality but also differences, so thegarden project construction progress control for construction, construction quality control andcost control all need a concrete analysis. Especially in the current stage, the domesticlandscape engineering studies for construction of the project is still not perfect, starting fromthe study of specific projects of landscape construction management-related issues has a widerange of theoretical and practical significance.
In this regard, this study based on project management, construction management andlandscape design theory, take the Changyi landscape construction management-related issuesas the research object, and select Changyi weishui Wetland Park renovation project as atypical case to analysis and explore the present stage garden project construction commonproblems, and summarize relevant improvement measures based on the relevant issues andprovide reference for the construction units to enhance the management level.
1.Discussing the point of view of the development and foreground of garden project, todiscuss theoretical and practical significance of this study, combined with the results ofprevious scholars research to propose the research methods and ideas;2.Discussing the issue of garden design, construction and construction management andother aspects, to provide bedding for the further discussion;3.Selecting Changyi Wei water wetland reconstruction project as a case to analysis,discuss the project construction of many issues, as well the problem of construction site;4.The view to improve the similar landscape project construction management system toprovide a reference.
