4 研究结论
本研究在整理分析国内外关于积极心理品质研究成果的基础上,利用质性研究的方式,通过作品分析法和访谈法和问卷调查法,对青少年运动员积极心理品质的理论维度进行初步探索,并编制了青少年运动员积极心理品质问卷,对问卷进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,对项目和问卷的维度做了适当的改善,检验了问卷的信效度。得出以下主要结论:
第一、青少年运动员积极心理品质模型包括 5 个一级维度和 13 个二级维度。5个一级维度分别是:意志、智慧、仁慈、节制和超越。13 个二级维度分别是勇敢无畏、坚持勤奋、行为控制、情绪稳定、热爱学习、领导才能、爱和善良、感恩感激、团队精神、谦虚谦逊、认真负责、目标信念、自信乐观。其中,勇敢无畏、坚持勤奋、行为控制,情绪稳定归属于意志;热爱学习、领导才能归属于智慧;爱和善良、感恩感激、团队精神归属于仁慈;谦虚谦逊、认真负责归属于节制;目标信念、自信乐观归属于超越。
第二、经过项目分析,该问卷项目具有较好的项目区分度。
第三、内部一致性信度和结构效度分析指标表明问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
