摘 要
随着中国经济步入新常态，拉动经济增长的“三驾马车”也被赋予了崭新的内容，即：个性化、多样式消费，创新的投融资方式，新的出口比较优势。山东省作为出口大省，经济新常态下，应该大力培育发展新的出口比较优势，进而继续发挥出口贸易对经济发展的支撑作用。
本文首先对研究国际贸易及国际物流要素二者之间关系的相关理论和研究文献进行了梳理，具体分析了构成国际物流的主要要素对国际贸易的影响方式及路径。
其次对山东省国际贸易及国际物流的发展现状进行了定性分析，在定性分析的基础上，选取了 2000-2014 年港口货物吞吐量、集装箱吞吐量、民用载货汽车数量、公路货运周转量、邮电业务量作为自变量，省内各城市的进出口总额作为因变量，以此为基础通过建立计量模型，对国际物流各要素对国际贸易额的具体影响度进行了分析。模型分析结论显示：本文中所选取的国际物流要素对其国际贸易的发展均有显着性正向促进作用；各要素中，民用载货汽车数量及集装箱吞吐量的影响最为显着。随后作者对检测结果结合山东省实际情况进行了分析。
依据以上结论，作者建议，在充分把握我省国际贸易与国际物流关系的基础上，应该利用山东省作为农业大省、人力大省及优越自然位置等自然社会优势，通过政策引导，补齐要素短板，创新物流模式，重塑物流流程，降低物流成本，建立起更加高效规范的国际物流系统，进而形成山东省独特的出口贸易比较优势，促进山东省国际贸易的再发展，为新常态下保持山东省经济的快速增长提供坚强支撑。

Abstract
As China's economic development stepped into the new normal, stimulatingeconomic growth “troika” has been endowed with new content, including promotingindividual and diversified consumption, innovating investment and financing way andcultivating new comparative advantage. As a major export province, under the newnormal, Shandong province should vigorously develop new export comparativeadvantages, which shall continue to play a supporting role on economic growth.
Firstly, related theories and research literatures of the relationship betweeninternational trade and international logistics elements are analyzed and summarized inthis paper, and then the theoretical influence path of major elements consisting ofinternational logistics on international trade. Related international trade and internationallogistics index data of Shandong Province are collected from 2000 to 2014. Among them,port handling capacity, container throughput, civilian truck number, road freight turnoverand postal and telecommunication professional quantity is selected as independentvariable; total export-import volume in Shandong Province is denoted by Y as dependentvariable. Based on this, the specific influence of international logistics elements on valueof international trade is analyzed through building econometrical model. Conclusion:
international logistics elements selected in this paper have a significant, positive andpromoting effect on international trade development. Furthermore, among all elements,the influence of civilian truck number and container throughput is the most significant.
Then the author analyses the test results combined with the actual situation of Shandongprovince.
On the basis of the above conclusion, the author suggests that the government shallmake full use of the superior physical position as a big manpower province andgeography as a big agricultural province, lengthen the short elements, innovatedevelopment model, reshape the logistics flow, reduce international logistics cost by theguidance of the local government policy, establish a more efficient international logisticssystem, and form the comparative advantage of international logistics development, andfinally promote the development of international trade. Based on this, the development ofthe international logistics in Shandong Province will provide strong support to rapideconomic growth in Shandong Province in new normal.
