摘 要
中国社会经济的发展带动建筑施工企业兴起，在经济一体化环境下，建筑企业迎来了新的发展机遇，同时也面临着多方挑战。对于企业而言，质量就犹如企业的生命，建筑工程要实现良性运行，做好施工质量管理是非常必要的。处于社会经济快速发展的环境中，居民对于房屋建筑的质量要求越来越高。这就意味着，传统的建筑工程施工管理模式已经难以获得更高的施工质量水平，特别是中国城镇化发展的速度逐年加快，科技发展水平的不断提升，房屋建筑工程项目越来越多。这些工程项目不仅关乎到民生，且对于中国的经济发展发挥着重要的推动作用。建筑工程质量主要在于施工阶段的质量控制，虽然长期以来中国都极为重视工程施工项目管理，但是在具体实施中，却由于施工质量难以保证而导致各种建筑工程存在隐患。为了确保工程施工质量，就要将工程建设质量管理体系建立起来，工程项目设计、工程管理、工程监理以及施工等等都纳入到体系中，其中工程施工质量控制是工程施工阶段保证质量的关键，施工阶段的质量直接关乎到整个工程项目的成败。从建筑工程实践的角度出发，通过开展质量保证活动，对于建筑工程施工中所存在的问题进行研究，建立创新施工质量管理模式，以具有针对性地采取质量改进措施。
本论文分为五个部分针对房屋建筑工程施工质量管理进行研究。第一部分，绪论，对论文的研究背景、国内外研究现状、研究目的和意义进行分析，提出研究思路和研究内容。第二部分，房建工程项目质量管理相关理论，对于质量管理的基本理论、全面质量管理以及建筑工程项目质量展开研究，介绍质量管理基本理论产生、应用、完善过程。第三部分，影响房建项目质量管理的因素，对于房屋建设项目质量管理中人的因素、机械因素、材料因素、环境因素以及工艺因素进行分析。第四部分，案例分析，运用案例分析的方法，对于项目管理架构、质量保证以及控制过程中所存在的问题进行研究，提出改进措施。 第五部分，结论，针对全文研究内容进行总结。人的因素，是决定性的因素，主要是提高人员管理水平，加强人员技能培训。工艺因素，是影响质量目标的重要条件，需要采取最科学、适合的工艺施工，在施工过程中加强施工工艺的控制。机械因素，是影响实现工艺的重要条件，要根据工程的具体情况采用最适合的工程机械。材料因素，是影响形成建筑产品质量的物质条件，要从原材料进场开始控制，并且在施工现场严把质量关。环境因素，是影响与内外环境有关的工作效力，需要尽量把环境原因造成的影响减少到最少，不对工程质量造成影响。

Abstract
Social and economic development of China's construction enterprises led therise in the economic integration of environment, construction companies ushered in anew development opportunities, while also facing multi-party challenge. Forbusinesses, the quality is like life, the building works to achieve healthy run, goodconstruction quality management is very necessary. In the social environment ofrapid economic development, residents' quality of housing construction is increasing.
This means that traditional building construction management model has beendifficult to obtain a higher level of construction quality, especially the development ofChina's urbanization rate year after year, continuously upgrade the level oftechnological development, more and more housing construction projects. Theseprojects not only in relation to people's livelihood and for China's economicdevelopment play an important role in promoting. Construction quality is the qualitycontrol of the main construction phase, although China has long attached greatimportance to the construction project management, but in the specificimplementation, but due to construction quality is difficult to guarantee variousconstruction projects caused a security risk. To ensure the quality of constructionprojects, it is necessary to build up the quality management system construction,project design, project management, engineering and construction supervision, etc.,into the system, which is the key construction project quality control to ensure thequality of the construction phase of the project, Quality construction phase directlyrelated to the success of the whole project. From a practical point of building works,by conducting quality assurance activities, for building construction in the study of theproblems, the creation of innovative construction quality management model to taketargeted quality improvement measures.
This thesis is divided into five sections were studied for housing constructionquality management. The first part, the introduction of the research background,research status, research purpose and significance of analysis, research ideas andresearch. The second part, housing construction project quality management theory,the basic theory of quality management, total quality management and the quality ofconstruction projects to expand research, describes the relationship between qualitymanagement basic theory produce, applications, and improve enterprise efficiencyand between. The third part, the impact of factors housing construction projectmanagement, construction project management for housing human factors,mechanical factors, material factors, environmental factors and technical factorswere analyzed. The fourth part, case studies, methods using case studies, for projectmanagement structure, quality assurance and control process to study the problems,suggest improvements. The fifth part, conclusions, summarized for the full textcontents. The human factor is the decisive factor, mainly to improve personnelmanagement, strengthen staff skills training. Technological factors, is an importantcondition affecting the quality objectives, the need to take the most scientific, suitableconstruction process, strengthen control of construction technology in theconstruction process. Mechanical factors, is an important condition affecting theprocess, to adopt the most suitable construction machinery under the specificcircumstances of the project. Material factor is the material conditions affect theformation of the quality of construction products, from raw materials entering the startcontrol, and strict quality control at the construction site. Environmental factors, theimpact and effectiveness of the work related to the external environment, we need totry to reduce the impact of environmental causes to a minimum, and do not affect thequality of the project.
