摘 要
智慧城市建设和关注民生问题是现时发展的两大热门话题，本文在此基础上，结合档案专业的优势和特点，以民生档案信息服务为研究对象，以智慧城市建设为研究的背景环境，以智慧城市的基本概念、民生档案信息服务的基本概念为理论支撑，力求在新的社会城市建设背景下，更加深入的研究民生档案信息服务的相关问题，以顺应时代发展的需求和要求，以更好的指导和服务实践。本文通过文献分析法、系统研究法、个案例举法等方法，从智慧城市建设与民生档案信息服务的关系及作用、智慧城市背景下影响民生档案信息服务的因素、智慧城市建设背景下民生档案信息服务存在的主要困难和应对措施几个大的方面来进行论述，并在最后一章中指出智慧城市建设背景下民生档案信息服务的发展方向展望。以期通过这几方面问题的论述，能够对智慧城市背景下的民生档案信息服务工作实践有所指导和帮助。

Abstract
Smart city construction and focus on the people's livelihood issues is now two hot topic.
in this paper, based on this, in combination with advantages and characteristics of thearchives , with people's livelihood archives information service as the research object, withsmart city construction as the research background and with the smart city related concepts,the people's livelihood archives information services related to the traditional concept oftheoretical support, strive in the new society under the background of urban construction,more in-depth research on the relevant theories of archives information service of the people'slivelihood, to better guide and service practice. Through the literature analysis method, systemmethod, the case presented method and other methods, ,the essay discusses several bigaspects ,such as the people's livelihood from smart city construction archives informationservice under the background of the demand analysis, smart city factors affecting people'slivelihood archives information service, the background of archives information service of thepeople's livelihood difficulties and measures under the smart city construction, and in the lastchapter discusses the people's livelihood archives development direction of informationservice under the smart city construction, in order to through the discussion of this a fewaspects of the people's livelihood archives information service to under the background ofsmart city work practice guidance and help for it.
