¡¡¡¡Abstract£º¡¡In the traditional teaching practice of Baked Food Processing Technology,we are facing many problems of unable to inspire the students' autonomy and innovative consciousness, unreasonable content designing, single teaching method, few metrics of curriculum teaching assessment,lacking of ideological and political elements,and so forth. In this study,we summarized these problems in time,combine the specialized characteristics and the advantages of the students to make teaching method in accordance with their aptitude,timely reform the content of course and teaching methods,expand the metrics of course evaluation, fully excavate the ideological and political elements of the course. These strategies would positively promote the improvement of teaching quality and have a great influence on the development of students' comprehensive quality and professional skills.
