摘 要
在社会主义新农村建设中，只有把生态型农村社区建设纳入建设内容，把农村的生态文明建设好，实现经济社会的可持续发展，提高人民的生活质量，才能更好的贯彻和落实科学发展观，才能真正地全面建成小康社会。党的十八大将生态文明建设提升到了国家战略的高度，同时认为保护自然环境是造福子孙后代的大事，是中华民族伟大复兴的一部分，是中国梦的组成部分，而建设生态型农村社区是我们建设美丽中国的重要组成部分。
本文以十八大召开之后的相关生态文明建设指导性文件为依据，对生态型农村社区建设问题进行研究和分析，秉持建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的主旋律，边保护边发展，以低碳发展、循环发展作为主要方式，把“以资源环境承载力为基础、以自然规律为准则、以可持续发展为目标的资源节约型、环境友好型社会”作为生态型农村社区建设的目标。在马克思主义理论指导下，本文界定了生态型农村社区的含义和揭示了生态型农村社区的特征，借鉴了国内外一些优秀的关于农村社区和生态文明的思想成果，使它们成为建设生态型农村社区的坚实的理论指导，并论证了加强我国生态型农村社区建设的现实意义。在紧密结合实践的研究中，本文揭示了生态型农村社区建设的过程中面临的一些困境，包括生活污染，如生活污水、生活垃圾和人畜粪便污染等；企业污染，如城镇企业和规模化的畜禽养殖企业的排污问题，包括土壤污染，主要讲了化肥、农药、地膜对土壤的破坏、污染等，分析了产生这些问题的原因，并提出了生态型农村社区建设的原则、目标和路径。

ABSTRACT
In the construction of new socialist countryside, only the ruralcommunity construction into the construction of ecotype, the countrysideecological civilization construction, to achieve sustainable economic andsocial development, improving people's quality of life, in order to bettercarry out and implement the scientific concept of development, in orderto truly build comparatively well-off society in the round. To enhance theconstruction of ecological civilization eighteen generals of the party tothe national strategic level, at the same time that the protection of thenatural environment is for the benefit of future generations of the event, isa part of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is part of theChinese dream, and the construction of ecological rural communities isan important part of our building a beautiful China.
According to the construction of ecological civilization after theconvening of eighteen guidance documents on the basis of research andAnalysis on the problems of rural community construction, adhere to themain theme of building a resource conserving and environment friendlysociety, protection and development of the edge, the development cycleas the main way to low carbon development, and the resources andenvironment carrying capacity based on the natural law as the criterion,with the aim of sustainable development of resource saving andenvironment friendly society “as the target of rural communityconstruction. In the guidance of Marx's theory, this paper defines themeaning of ecological community and reveal the characteristics of ecorural community at home and abroad for reference, some excellent onrural communities and the ecological civilization thoughts, so that theybecome a solid theory to guide the construction of ecological community,and demonstrates the practical significance of strengthening the ruralcommunity construction in our country. In the study of closely combiningthe practice, this paper reveals some difficulties in the process of ruralcommunity construction ecotype, including life pollution, such as sewage,garbage and feces pollution; industrial pollution, such as urbanenterprises and large-scale livestock and poultry enterprises pollutionproblems, including soil pollution, mainly about the chemical fertilizer,pesticide, mulch on the soil destruction, pollution and so on, and analyzesthe causes of these problems, and puts forward the principle, target andpath of rural community construction.
