我选择《我国企业文化建设研究》这一课题进行研究，原因是近年来，越来越多的企业进一步认识到企业文化是企业的核心竞争力，是企业持续发展的重要力量源泉之一，众多的企业家开始重视企业文化建设，各地区、各行业、不同所有制、不同规模的企业都在着手加强企业文化建设，制订企业文化战略，实施企业文化工程，表现出前所未有的推行力度和广度。这种情况反映了中国企业从主要注重短期利益向重视短期利益与长期利益相结合的方向发展，体现了中国企业力求做强、做大、做久的发展愿望，同时也表明了企业对管理的认识已由技术层面向制度、精神层面转变，开始关注文化管理，这是一个巨大的进步。
我的论文《我国企业文化建设研究》其主要目的为了更进一步的实现企业的战略目标，维持和发展企业核心能力，从而达到企业持续生存与持续发展的目的。意义在于可以通过对企业文化建设的分析，努力形成独具本企业特色和优于竞争对手的企业文化，把企业文化转化成为企业软实力，转变为企业竞争力。
具体来说，我的论文是由企业文化概论，企业文化的兴起与发展，企业文化建设实务，中国特色企业文化建设四部分构成。
第一部分，主要介绍了企业文化的定义。
第二部分，阐述了企业管理经历的三个演变过程，最终演变成了文化管理阶段，把企业文化作为企业管理最重要的方面。
第三部分，这部分主要分析企业文化建设的领导机制、考核与评估等。
第四部分，分析现阶段中国企业文化建设存在的问题，中国企业文化的主要特点及未来中国企业文化前行的方向。
整篇文章是我在查阅有关权威学者着作的基础上，结合自身所学知识和个人的理解，最终在XX老师的指导和帮助下完成的。在全文写作过程中形成以下新的理解与突破：
1、正确理解企业文化的含义以及企业文化建设的重要性。
2、深刻认识到我国企业文化建设存在的问题，通过建立完善有效的企业文化有利于提高生产效率，有效的促进企业可持续发展。
通过本次论文写作，一方面使我掌握了论文写作方面相关的技巧，另一方面也使得我在企业文化和建立企业文化这一课题上有了新的认识与理解。但由于我自身所存在的知识储备方面的缺陷，使得文章中的相关观点还不够成熟，甚至可能存在错误观点的情形。
