摘要
安全是民用飞机运行的首要目标，安全是人的最本能和最根本的需求，是人们在选择民用飞机作为交通工具时首先考虑的问题。民用飞机的安全运行不仅是影响民用飞机产业发展的首要因素，而且是影响到我国国民经济能否健康发展和社会能否安定繁荣的重要因素。影响我国民用飞机安全运行的因素较多，需要从不同的角度和视域进行多方位的解读和研究，本文则是从伦理道德的角度进行了论述。
我国民用飞机安全运行的伦理道德建设是一项长期的、艰巨的系统性工程，需要持续不断地建设与提高。首先，本文对国内外的相关研究进行了简要介绍，比较了两者之间研究的内容和方法以及对我国民用飞机安全运行的启示。其次，本文分析了伦理道德的相关理论、民用飞机安全运行的内涵，并对民用飞机安全运行的伦理道德及其主体要素进行了剖析，总结出民用飞机安全运行的主体要素主要是技术、管理和人三个方面。
民用飞机安全运行的主体要素是伦理道德考量的主要内容，本文通过三个章节的篇幅论述了民用飞机安全运行技术伦理观的重塑、管理伦理化的运用以及乘客道德观的强化三个方面，在论述中采用相关的数据、案例作为佐证，提出了我国民用飞机安全运行相关伦理道德建设的措施和路径；最后对核心论点进行了总结。

Abstract
Safety is the primary goal of civil aircraft operation, Safety is the instinct of the humanneeds and the fundamental, It is a matter of civil aircraft in the choice of transport as the firstconsideration.the safe operation of civil aircraft is not only the major factor affecting the civilaircraft industry development, but also the important factor affecting the healthy developmentof national economy and social stability and prosperity. There are many factors affecting thesafe operation of civil aircraft, and they require careful interpretation and research fromdifferent angles. This paper is discussed from an ethical perspective.
In China, the ethical construction of civil aircraft's safe operation is a long-term andchallenging systematic project, and it needs continuous construction and improvement. First ofall, this paper has a brief introduction about the related research at home and abroad and itcompares the research content and methods of them, as well as the enlightenment on the safeoperation of civil aircraft in China. Secondly, this paper introduces the relevant theories ofethics and the connotation of the safe operation of civil aircraft; it also analyzes the essentialethical elements of the civil aircraft's safe operation, and draws a conclusion that the essentialelements are mainly technology, management and people. The main elements of the safeoperation of civil aircraft is the main contents of the ethical and moral considerations.Then thispaper discusses the remodeling of ethical technology, the application of ethical managementand the reinforcement of passenger's morality with the following three chapters. It takes therelevant data and cases as examples to put forward some measures and methods for the ethicalconstruction, and finally, this paper summarizes the core arguments.
