摘 要
20 世纪 80 年代以来,随着我国工业化、城市化进程加快,进城务工农民数量在不断上升。越来越多的人由过去分散的“单身外出”方式转变为“举家迁徙”,大量的农村流动儿童跟随家长来到陌生的城市,由此带来了流动儿童在流入城市的义务教育问题。家庭是流动儿童城市化的初始环境,为流动儿童的社会化提供基础条件,因此,家庭教育也必将深刻影响到流动儿童的学习和生活。
本研究主要以帕森斯社会行动理论、布迪厄文化再生产理论为视角。首先,通过比较研究,分析流动儿童与城市儿童的家庭教育环境在家庭经济社会地位、家庭教育期望、家庭教育方式、家庭教育投入、家庭成员互动等方面的差异性和融合;其次,通过比较分析,分析研究流动儿童与城市儿童的学业表现,包括学习动机、学习习惯、学习成绩等方面的差异性和一致性;再次,通过相关分析和线性回归模型,分析流动儿童的家庭教育环境差异性和融合性与其学业表现二者之间关系。
本文研究发现:(1)随着融入时间的推移,流动儿童家庭的收入水平和居住环境都有一定的提高和改善,但是由于家庭先天自身条件的制约,在文化资本、经济资本、社会环境资本方面,与城市儿童家庭比较,流动儿童家庭还是相对匮乏和不足的,表现为父母文化水平低、收入差距明显、居住环境简陋等。家庭经济社会地位,又对流动儿童的学业表现产生直接影响,体现在:在流动儿童家庭中,父母的教育水平越高,父母主动培养流动儿童学习习惯水平越强;简陋的居住环境直接阻碍流动儿童的学习成绩;邻里相互协作程度越高,关系越和谐密切,流动儿童的学习习惯水平会越高。(2)流动儿童与城市儿童的家庭教育期望不存在差异性,趋向融合,都对学习成绩和学历成就报以较高的期望。家庭教育期望对流动儿童的学业表现产生影响,家庭教育期望高,其流动儿童的学业表现就越好。(3)在给与孩子零花钱、参加辅导班等教育费用投入方面,城市儿童家庭明显高于流动儿童家庭;在家长检查孩子作业,辅导孩子学习等学业人力投入方面,城市家庭同样优于流动儿童家庭,而教育费用投入和学业人力则会直接影响到流动儿童学习习惯的培养和学习成绩的取得。(4)横向上的流动儿童家庭夫妻关系日益平等化、亲密化,与城市儿童家庭相比较,趋向一致性。纵向上的亲子关系,流动儿童家长迫于生计和家庭生活的压力,没有足够的时间投入到与子女交流和沟通,因此流动儿童的亲子互动程度要低于城市。同时,流动儿童的家庭夫妻关系融洽度影响到其学习动机,流动儿童夫妻关系融洽度越高,其学业动机就会越强,而亲子关系会直接影响到流动儿童的学习成绩,亲子互动程度越高,流动儿童的学习成绩表现会越好。(5)与流动儿童家庭相比较,城市儿童的父亲教育方式更加民主,更加注重引导性方式教育孩子,同时,在流动儿童家庭内部,母亲比父亲的教育方式更加亲和些,父亲的教育方式更为严厉,而家庭教育方式会直接影响到流动儿童的学习成绩,家庭教育方式民主,流动儿童的学习成绩表现会越好。
根据本文研究成果,提出以下对策建议:提高进城务工人员的劳动力素质和就业水平;转变流动儿童家长的教育观念和教育方式;家庭教育投入对子女的学业表现和社会化过程至关重要,要求加大家庭教育物力和人力投入;增强家庭成员之间互动,构建和谐的家庭互动氛围。

ABSTRACT
Since the 1980s, along with our country industrialization and urbanizationprocess accelerated, the number of rural migrant peasants is rising. More and morepeople turned the past mode of “scattered migration ” into a “family migration”,namely appearing the tendency of familial flowing, a large number of migrantworkers' children follow their parents coming into the city, resulting in thecompulsory education the problem of floating children into the city. Family is thefloating children initial conditions of urbanization, providing basic conditions forfloating children's socialization. therefore, family education will profoundly affect thefloating children's learning life and performance.
Mainly Parsons' theory of social actionand culture reproduction theory is theview of this research. Firstly, through the comparative study, analysis the differenceand fusion between the floating children and city children's family educationenvironment, in the aspects of family education expectations, family investment ineducation, family interactions, and the way of family education,etc. Secondly, throughthe comparative analysis, research the difference and consistency of the floatingchildren and city children in the aspects of learning motivation, learning habit andlearning results, once again, through correlation analysis and linear regression model,analysis the relationship of the floating children family education environment andtheir academic performance.
In this paper, the study found that: (1) In the aspect of family socioeconomicstatus ,Including cultural capital, economic capital, social capital, comparing withurban children's family, migrant children family still has many defects showing theparents low level of education, family income gap obviously, poor dwellingenvironment, and so on. The family's economic and social status directly impactchildren's academic performance. These are then reflected in the place: in floatingchildren in the family, parents' education level is higher, the stronger parents'level ofcultivation of floating children study habits; Simple living environment directlyrestricts floating Children's academic performance; The higher the neighborhoodharmony degree, the higher level of floating children learning habits.(2) Migrantchildren and urban children's family education expect is no difference, trending fusion,Family education expectation impact on floating children's academic performance, thehigher family education expectations, the better floating children's academicperformance. (3) Comparing with the city children in the family education resourcesand manpower input, migrant children family education investment lacking,especially investment will directly affect the floating children school learning habitsand learning results.(4) In the family of the floating children, Parents relationship isequality, intimate on the lateral, comparing with the city children's family, tending isconsistency between them, the floating children parents is busy with work, parents donot have enough time and energy to exchange and communication with their childrenon the longitudinal parent-child relationship, degree of parent-child interaction interms of floating children is lower than the level of city. Parents relationship harmonydegree of migrant children affect the learning motivation, the higher parentsrelationship harmony degree of migrant children, the stronger its academic motivationand parent-child relationship will directly affect the floating children's learningoutcomes.(5) Comparing with the floating children family, the way of urban children'sfather education is more democratic and pay more attention to the instructive way toeducate child, but in the family of the floating children , the mother's education way ismore affinity comparing with their father, father's education mode is more severe.
Family education mode will directly affect the learning result of floating children,with democratic family education way, floating children learning level will be good.
According to the research results, this paper puts forward the followingcountermeasures and suggestions: improve labor quality and employment levels of themigrant workers; Transformation the education mode and education idea of floatingchildren parents education; the process of family education put into their children'sacademic performance and the socialization is crucial,Increasing investment materialresources and manpower in family education; Strengthen the interaction amongfamily members, construction a harmonious family interactive atmosphere.
