摘 要
我国正值社会转型的关键时期,现代社会价值观向多元发展,道德文明的滑坡现象层出不穷,人们思想品质出现了诸多问题。面对现状,我们除了客观认识以外,更重要的还应该找出解决的办法。家庭教育是人的启蒙教育,它在道德教育中占有很重要的地位。我国古代十分注重家庭对人的教化,其中家训是古代社会最重要的家庭教育。随着近些年国家对文化软实力的重视,人们对中国传统文化的追捧热情也逐渐变得高涨,对传统伦理道德的追寻思考和对家训这一优质德育资源的挖掘活动悄然兴起。
我国古代的优良传统道德植根于我国长期演化和发展的社会风俗中,它除了受历史实践中形成的主流意识影响之外,还受上层建筑为巩固其统治及加强其管理的制度或规范的控制。在各种道德教育中,我国古代的家庭教育有十分深刻和长远的影响。谈到古代的家庭教育,传统家训是典型的代表,古人把他们无形的意识或思想转化为文字着述,潜移默化地影响着各自家族的子孙后辈。家训是我国传统文化的经典,从它能够存在于不同的时代并且经久不衰,就可以看出其存在的合理性和强大的生命力。站在新时代的角度,重新学习和研究我国的传统家训,探寻先人智者们的宝贵思想,对我们当代的家庭教育很有启发意义。
家训,顾名思义,我们可以理解为家庭或是家族中的各种规范的总称,具体来说,一般是家族长辈对子孙或是家庭成员的一种关于思想、言、行的教导。我国传统家训历史悠久,发展漫长,经历了起源、演变和转型等阶段,主要特征涵盖了注重以德为本的理念,注重家庭和谐的理念,注重处世和谐的理念等方面。经过长期的演变和不断的发展,不同时期和不同家庭的传统家训在教化途径、方法和形式上都拥有各自的独特之处,有许多值得我们现代家庭去吸取和借鉴。
传统家训虽然对现在的家庭来说并不常见,但是在漫长的古代社会,它是传统文化中关于家庭文化以及家庭教育的重要内容,传统家训在教育子孙忠君报国、志向高远、诚实守信、勤俭治家、孝亲尊长等道德树立及品德培养方面表现出了积极的作用,这些可以给我国现代社会关于和谐家庭的维持、和谐社会的构建等提供很多有价值的参考。
其中包括对公民道德建设的文化价值启示、对和睦家庭的文化价值启示、对和谐社会的文化价值启示以及对执政为民的文化价值启示等。但是由于时代背景的限制,很多教育内容在当时无法超越历史的局限性,从而也会表现出了消极的一面。所以我们要怀有以经典为本、以实践为原则的态度对传统家训的思想和内容深入理解,用辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的方法去看待、借鉴和升华,这将对我们现在关于和谐家庭的创造与和谐社会的构建都有着积极的意义。

With the recentemphasis on national cultural soft power continuously strengthened, people embraced theChinese traditional culture has gradually become high, the pursuit of traditional ethicalthinking about the quality of moral education resources of family precepts and emerging inthe mining activity.
Our traditional morality is rooted in the ancient custom of our long-term evolution andsocial development, it is affected not only by the mainstream consciousness formed historicalpractice, but also by the superstructure in order to consolidate its rule and to strengthen itsmanagement system or standard control. In a variety of moral education, family education inancient China has a very deep and long-lasting impact. Speaking of ancient family education,traditional admonishment is a typical representative, The ancients put them invisibleconsciousness writings or thoughts into words, should influence their family's youngergenerations. Admonishment is classic Chinese traditional culture, from its ability to exist in adifferent era and enduring, you can see the existence of reasonable and strong vitality.
