摘要
德育针对性不强、实效性不够是近年德育理论研究和实践探索中一个非常值得重视的问题。学校教育往往拘泥于学科教学的评价思维，对以活动为中心和行为改变为标志的德育效果的评价仍然没有形成科学有效的衡量标准。为此，学者们进行了大量的探索。檀传宝教授对美、审美过程、美育和德育的种种关系做出了积极的探索后，提出了“德育美学观”这一德育新观念。这一观念的提出在某种程度上实现了对功利主义德育观的超越。但如何将“德育美学观”引入到小学德育乃至小学班会活动中来，这一方面的研究甚少。所以立足小学德育，思考“德育美学观”在实践层面上的一些问题，不仅是对“德育美学观”的进一步细化的研究，也是对小学德育改革的一种有益尝试，更是针对社会及家长对于学校德育不满的一种积极回应。
从教育者的角度看，开展“德育美学观”视野下的主题班会是一个制定班级秩序与维护班级纪律的一种必要手段，因为主题班会相对于学科教学来说更为容易被学生所接受，它同时也是一种教师更深层次了解学生的渠道。让学生们之间互相关心，为小学教师有效开展主题班会提供理论启发和实践参考。
从学生的角度来看，学生更倾向于民主的主题班会课堂，学生会从内心喜欢这样的课堂并且积极参与课堂活动，我们可以抓住这一点，在主题班会上，让学生自己民主的形成对自己行为规范的约定，提高学生的审美和道德美。了解美的生活内涵与精神实质，发自内心地接受美、欣赏美直至创造美。
本文通过调查分析当前小学主题班会在设计与实施中的问题与症结，深度剖析其形成的内外原因。引入“德育美学观”的视野，为一线的教育实践者丰富小学主题班会开展的路径，提高小学德育的实效性和针对性，实现小学主题班会的德育功能的最优化，促进小学班风建设和校风建设，提出“欣赏型”主题班会模式。可以让教师对于主题班会有一个更加全面的认识，促进师生之间相互沟通，营造良好、和谐、民主的课堂氛围。实现教育教学目标，提高教学质量，塑造和谐、美丽的班风校风。“德育美学观”在中小学德育中的渗透可以帮助师生养成良好的道德习惯，形成高尚的人格魅力和服务社会的优良品质。

第一节 研究缘起
一、纠正德育误区的现实需要
全面发展教育，指的是德、智、体、美、劳和谐发展的教育，德育和美育是目前全面发展教育的薄弱环节，也是当前一些学校教育目标偏离的主要症结。檀传宝先生说，美育是未来的教育学。只有美、德相谐，在更高的层次上整合美育和德育的功能，才能突破当前德育的瓶颈。单就美育而言，在小学生眼里也有很多对“美”的误读。存在着以穿名牌为美，以瘦为美，以“时尚”为美等现象。
这些现象的产生是和学校教育对德育、美育的不重视密切相关的。当下的学校仍然以学科知识的教学为主线，对美育、德育并没有提出明确的教学目标和质量考核标准。学生在小学阶段需要树立正确的价值观，这对于学生的人生发展起着至关重要的作用。主题班会作为培养学生素质的重要组成部分，对班集体建设、学生的健康成长有着独特的价值。
学生发展最关键的时期是在学校度过的，学校教育带给学生的影响是不可估量的。根据笔者的观察，目前，虽然大部分学校把主题班会引入学校德育工作的计划中，但内容不具体、针对性较差、学校没有正确认识到主题班会的作用，也没有科学地组织实施。其次，学校德育工作的核心是育人教育。这就需要教会学生如何做人、如何为人处事、何如适应社会环境。但是一些学校的主题班会并没有根据学生自身特点来设计班会的主题，使得学生对于这样的主题班会持不欢迎的态度。最后，主题班会结束后，大多没有对其进行效果评价。很多学校只注重了班会课的过程，但并不重视其效果，主题班会的效果没有具体可行的评价机制。这就使得主题班会的实效性大打折扣。
二、破解小学主题班会研究困境
班会课是小学开展德育教育的重要途径之一，主题班会的召开可以促进学生从心理健康发展的同时促进班级管理。笔者在调研中发现，在实践中，不少学校的班会开展存在着主题不明确、活动内容与学生接受能力相差甚远、教师在班会占主导、没有完善的针对主题班会实效的评价制度等现象。这样的主题班会是不能起到德育的功效更甚至不利于师生之间的关系影响和谐的师生关系的形成。根据笔者搜集的文献，发现学者们虽然在对主题班会的概念、形式、功能等方面做出了一些研究，但是这些研究的层次集中在班会的概念、形式等一些表面层次，并没有针对主题班会实效性以及理论支持的深层次的研究，这些研究对于一线教育工作者本是有价值的，但是这些来自经验层次的观点经不起推敲、琢磨。对主题班会的设计及展开大多泛泛提出了关于重视其功能等建议，并未涉及主题班会的实质。二是对主题班会地位的忽视。根据笔者观察主题班会在整个学校教学环节中没有引起学校领导部门和班主任的重视，主题班会虽然只是一周进行一次，但是如果认真组织，其效果是不可估量的，会达到真正的“物超所值”。
三、提高德育实效性的时代要求
重品德、讲礼仪是我们中华民族的传统美德，也是我国优良的教育传统。随着市场经济的深入，中国社会进入转型期，有关社会道德“爬坡”与“滑坡”的争论开始出现，中小学德育也备受质疑和诟病。尽管近年来广大德育工作者付出艰辛努力，小学德育仍存在诸多问题，如德育实效性的下降、德育的活动与学生生活经验不匹配、德育的评价系统不完善、德育功能性被不断社会化等。所以，德育的实效性是大家关注的焦点，是德育改革的一个重点。我国在教育目的价值取向上是一个重视社会价值取向的国家，如何向德育系统内求，深入挖掘德育精神本性和内在的独特的教育功能。这一点正是学校中小学德育研究和实践需要努力的一个方向。
