¡¡¡¡Abstract£º¡¡A moderate intensity of at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week provides most of the health benefits. Long duration and increased exercise intensity have beneficial effects on cardiovascular health and metabolism. It is not dangerous to perform a higher intensity exercise,only the benefits of exercise may be reduced. Maximum oxygen uptake is a powerful indicator of physical health,and muscle mass is a key factor in aging. Endurance exercise,including high-intensity training,can improve heart and lung function and promote physical health and slow down aging. In addition,strength training should be added to slow down the loss of muscle mass.
