摘要
医护服装，是医护工作者工作时所穿着的职业服装，目前国内无论中医院还是西医院，医护服装趋向西式化，色彩及款式较为单一，因此对传统医护服装进行改革，改变人们对传统医护服装的认识显得至关重要。
本文以河北省中医院为例，采用理论与实践相结合的方法，对中医医护服装进行研究从而达到设计改良的目的。本文首先从中西方医护服装变迁史、医护服装应具备功能、对患者心理影响以及社会影响等层面，就河北省中医院医护服装款式、色彩、面料等方面阐述目前该院医护服装的现状；其次，采取问卷及实地走访的方法，了解目前医护工作者对该院医护服装改进的想法与需求，根据所得数据，总结出当前该院医护服装存在的问题以及寻求改进方向；最后，从文化、款式、色彩、面料等诸多方面，以中国传统服饰文化为出发点，通过实际打版剪裁，对该院医护服装进行改良设计，作出最终成品。发扬传统、吐故纳新，是中医院医护服装改革的必然趋向。设计改良的作品正确处理审美性与功能性的关系，两者具兼，强调舒适度以及文化性，是具有一定中国文化特色的中医院医护服装。

Abstract .
Medical clothing is th e professional clothing that health care work ers arewearing . Currently , not only in the dom estic hospital or Western hospital, medicalclothing tends to Westernization and color and style are more single of it, so it is veryimportant that we do the reform of traditional medical clothing and make the changeof people's understanding on the traditional medical clothing.
In this pap er, taking the Hebei P rovincial Hospital of Traditional ChineseMedicine for example, we take the method that combining the theory and the practiceto study C hinese medicine clothing in order to achieve the purpose of designimprovement. First of all ,this paper from the history of western medical clothing, thefunction of medical clothing , the effect on patients with psychological and the socialimpact, to elaborate th e styles, colors, fabrics of Hebei province hospital' s medicalclothing and it d iscusses the p resent situation of the h ospital medical clothing;Secondly, we adopt the m ethod of que stionnaire and on-the-spot visiting, tounderstand the m edical staff in the hospita l to improve the idea and the dem and,according to the obtained data, we summarizes the problems in the hospital medicalclothing and seek im provement direction; Finally, from the aspects of culture, style,color, fabric, etc ,in Chines e traditional costume culture as a starting point, throughthe actual edition clipping, to im prove the hospital medical clothing design and tomake the final product. It is the inevitable trend of the reform of medical clothing inChinese hospitals in order to carry forward the tradition and the new. The design andimprovement works co rrectly to d eal with aesthetic and functional, em phasizecomfort and culture, it is a hospital m edical garment with certain Chin ese culturalcharacteristics.
