《中华医学杂志英文版》（Chinese Medical Journal）（CN: 11-2154/R，ISSN: 0366-6999）是中华医学会会刊，创刊于1887年，半月刊，是中国惟一被SCI核心版收录、具有百年以上历史的医学期刊。重点报道我国医学各学科最新进展和高水平科研成果，是我国医学与世界交流的重要窗口。
《中华医学杂志英文版》的发展史是我国医学成长与前进的记录和见证。随着杂志影响力的不断提高，来稿量以30%的速度递增。稿件来源除国内20多个省、自治区和直辖市外，还来自美、英、日、德、法等20多个国家和地区。2010年4月，该杂志被选为国际医学期刊编辑委员会成员，获得了国际同行的广泛认可与接受。目前已被国际上20余种著名数据库收录，包括《科学引文索引（SCI）》、《医学索引（IM）》、Medline、《化学文摘（CA）》、《生物医学文摘(BA)》、《荷兰医学文摘(EM)》《俄罗斯文摘杂志（AJ）》等国际著名检索系统。最近几年的SCI影响因子和总被引频次不断增高，2009年SCI影响因子0.952，SCI被引频次3407。
